From Anemo in the Imeretian village of Sviri, this amber Krakhuna ferments briefly on its skins before eight months in qvevri. Golden in the glass, it offers quince and toasted apple. Above-average acidity and medium tannin give it grip and a short, clean finish. Ready to drink now, it pairs with grilled fish and chicken. 2022 vintage, 12.5%.
