From Shumi, this dry rosé turns Kakheti's Saperavi grape to the lighter side. Salmon in the glass, it lifts raspberry and red currant on the nose. Fresh and light-bodied, with medium acidity, it stays bright and easy to drink. Serve well chilled with light seafood, fresh salads, or grilled vegetables. 2024 vintage, 12.5%.
